This interactive installation explores quantum entanglement as a model for civic decision-making. Two visitors sit at separate terminals with asymmetric information, must communicate to coordinate decisions, and experience how information asymmetry requires structured coordination mechanisms. The experience is built around a concept of ‘civic entanglement’ where two people with different perspectives (but linked in the experience) must synchronize their knowledge through a shared communication channel to influence each other’s choices.
