Sensory Room 2: The Coat Room

Explores the concept of being in a space but separating yourself when stimuli becomes to much. Aimed at providing spaces for Neurodivergent and introverted guests. The Unfitting Rooms have been taken over to provide sensory experiences that allow the user to participate by interacting and listening without being seen.

The Coat Room is a nod to the artist childhood. Often during parties coats were stored in a bedroom or thrown in a closet, where she would hide away and fall asleep to the sound of party goers. In this experience your invited to pause inside a room of coats and hear bits of live conversations. what you hear will be live audio from another space.
