XRchive: (Hi)stories and Visions of Block 14 at Lone Fir Cemetery is a reflection, a remembrance, and an XR (hi)storytelling of the Chinese community buried here at Block 14. These vignettes are a poetic interpretation of history, of fragmented memories, of hopes, and what might have or could have been, and visions of a possible future.
Created using emerging technologies, research, and the imagination of a collective of artists, technologists, storytellers, and community members, XRchive is an offering to inspire conversations, to acknowledge, and to celebrate this community’s contributions toward building Portland.
